FIND YOUR BALANCE

My goal as a clinician is to empower healing through trauma-informed therapy, combining EMDR, ACT (acceptance and commitment based therapy), mindfulness, and CBT to help you reclaim your strength and well-being.

In my practice, you will find a safe space to understand your feelings, deal with past traumas, and face life's challenges.
